CipherSend™ is a revolutionary internet-based messaging program unlike anything
else on the market in that it allows registered users (members) to receive
secure messages and files from anyone in the world without
requiring a password.
A CipherSend button used in
place of your email address on a website prevents automated
spambots from stealing your email address. CipherSend also allows you to send and receive secure messages and documents.
How It Works
1. You sign up online and
receive an email with the secure links to place on your website or emails.
2. An associate, client or patient clicks on your button or link and a small browser box opens up.
4. The individual types a message or attaches
his or her file and clicks "CipherSend It."
3. The file is uploaded via a secure connection to the CipherSend server
where it will be available for download for up to 10 days.
An email - along with any message from the sender - is
forwarded to your email address.
4. If there was a file attachment sent, you simply click on
the emailed link and enter your CipherSend login and password to
download it securely.
5. If you need to return the file to your associate, you
open your CipherSend "outgoing link" and enter
your associate's name or some other easily remembered password and send it directly back to their email address. If
your associate is also a CipherSend member, they do not even
need to know the password you entered - CipherSend will automatically recognize
any member's email address and secure the file with that member's own
login information!
Example: Two
physicians or attorneys who work closely with one another on
various cases can both sign up for CipherSend and never
again have to enter a password or login to email secure
files back and forth. A CPA and his or her payroll
clients can sign up for CipherSend to exchange secure
payroll files with a single click and no password to remember!
